Josie Rocco, Executive
Director, joined FSC in 2004. Prior to
joining FSC she served as an Associate
Director at another social service agency.
Josie serves as an
adjunct faculty at Lincoln Land Community
College.
She earned her master's
and bachelor's degrees in Child, Family &
Community Services from the University of
Illinois at Springfield.
Josie resides in
Chatham with her two daughters Stephanie and
Stacia. |

Kelly VonMock, director
of finance and administration, joined FSC in
2002 and oversees the accounting,
administration, human resources and IT
departments.
Kelly serves as
treasurer for the board of directors for
St. James Parish in Riverton and is active
in several community and professional
organizations.
She earned her master’s
degree in business administration at the
University of St. Francis in Joliet and her
bachelor’s at the University of Illinois at
Springfield.
Kelly and her husband,
George, reside in Spaulding with children,
Khory and Audrey. |

Leanne Barber, program
director for the Young Parent Support
Services program, joined FSC in 1996,
serving in this position for ten years.
Previously, she was a lead home visitor with
YPSS.
Leanne enjoys helping
young parents as they actively impact the
lives of the next generation.
She earned her
bachelor’s degree in Child, Family &
Community Services from the University of
Illinois at Springfield (formerly Sangamon
State University).
Leanne and her husband
Mark, have three children, Alisha, Travis
and Jennifer. |

Amy Wort, Foster Care
Supervisor.
Her responsibilities
include overseeing a team of three
caseworkers, who ensure that the safety and
well being of children are met.
The relative foster
care staff work with biological parents,
helping them complete the requirements for
getting their children back. They also work
with foster parents and children to address
their specific needs.
Wort is a native of
Mount Sterling. She earned her master’s
degree in social work at Southern Illinois
University Edwardsville and her bachelor’s
in social work from the University of
Illinois at Springfield.
She and her husband,
Mike reside south of Springfield, with their
two dogs. |

Kristal Perry-Gutierrez
is the counseling supervisor responsible for
the Community Counseling and Adoption
Preservation programs including five staff
members and two interns.
The counseling program
offers confidential, services including
individual, relationship, and parent/child
therapy. Adoption preservation assists
adoptive families in dealing with
difficulties encountered by life changes.
Perry-Gutierrez joined
FSC in 2002. She earned her master’s degree
in human development counseling and
bachelor’s in English, both at Sangamon
State University.
She is a native of
Mount Sterling. She and her husband , Ed,
reside in rural Pleasant Plaines and have
two children, Edna, Carey and John. |
